Adding member seats to your account
This guide explains how to add or remove seats in your Energy Domain account.

How to Add or Remove Seats
1. Access the Edit Seats Modal
Navigate to the
Subscriptions
page and click
Add Seats
from the Seats Metrics bar.
Alternatively, go to the
Members
page and click
Add more seats.
Both options will direct you to the "Edit Seats" modal.
2. Adjust Seat Allocation
In the modal, locate the
Current Seats
section.
Use the
+
and
-
buttons to increase or decrease the number of seats you need.
3. Select a Payment Method
Choose an existing payment method or add a new one if necessary.
Check the "My organization is tax exempt" box if applicable.
(Optional) Add a promo code in the designated field and click
Apply
.
4. Review the Subscription Costs
The updated seat total and corresponding subscription cost will be displayed in the
Current Subscriptions
section.
Verify the information before proceeding.
5. Confirm Your Changes
Once satisfied, finalize your changes. The additional seats will be added immediately, and your subscription cost will adjust accordingly.
If reducing seats, note that the changes may apply at the next billing cycle depending on policy.
