Adding and removing subscriptions from your account is easy.

We allow adding or removing data from your subscription at any time.

For adding to your subscription: 
  • Head to the subscription page and select Upgrade Subscription.
  • Once there, you'll be able to select the new region you would like to add to your subscription between county, basin, or the National option.
  • Add what you would like to your cart and proceed through the standard checkout process.

Notes:

  • If your previous subscription was an annual billing cycle, you will be required to stick to the annual billing cycle.
  • If your previous subscription was a monthly billing cycle, and you wish to add to your subscription and switch to the annual billing cycle, all of your subscriptions will upgrade to an annual billing cycle.
For removing from you subscription:
  • In the Subscriptions page select Edit Subscription.
  • In the Edit your Subscription modal, select the trash can next to what you would like to unsubscribe to.
  • Once confirmed, your subscription page will update accordingly showing when access to the unsubscribed is set to end.

Notes:

  • Since our subscriptions are monthly or annually billing, your subscription is paid for up front when you subscribe. Unsubscribing effectively sets an end date to data access, and removes the billing renewal from your account for that item.
